Some pieces are bought ready made, but other pieces are hand crafted by us.
Do you offer custom design other than selecting the stone and setting separately?
Yes, we can customize your ring all the way from the ground up.
Do you offer in-house ring sizing and how long will a custom order take, from initial contact to delivery?
Yes, we do all of our repairs in house from sizing to setting stones. Anything that is purchased from our store is put in the front of the line and you will receive your sizing back the same day or the next day.
Do you offer stone upgrades if the client purchases their original stone with you?
Yes we do, but it varies by each stone.
Do you offer a payment plan?
We offer layaway: 25% down and we will hold the piece for you for 90 days.
